Chromalloy seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to transform financial data into clear, actionable insights for leaders. You will partner with finance, sales, manufacturing, and operations to analyze performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and build financial models guiding planning and investments.

Your work supports aviation safety and reliability as we repair and manufacture critical aerospace components worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, finance, and/or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial analysis, identify trends, and explain performance drivers.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, gather inputs and review assumptions.
• Develop recommendations via analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen financial planning and support decisions.
• Support SIOP processes with financial inputs and interpretation.
• Build financial models (NPV, IRR, payback) for capital decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and executive reports, validate data.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate reporting.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects for leadership.
