Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to translate financial data into actionable insights, partnering with finance, sales, manufacturing, and operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.

You will lead analyses, identify performance drivers, model scenarios, and provide clear recommendations to drive financial planning and improve profitability across aviation-focused operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong partnering with cross-functional teams to drive planning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, identify trends, explain drivers, translate results into insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting (monthly/quarterly); gather inputs, review assumptions, consolidate results, communicate risks.
• Develop recommendations via financial analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with functional and operational leaders to strengthen financial planning and drive decisions.
• Serve as finance partner for SIOP process, supporting financial decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
