Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in FP&A or comparable SaaS/tech finance roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded finance partner to senior functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Own cost center budgeting and monthly variance analysis, including headcount modeling.
• Build and maintain financial models for cost management and margin analysis.
• Surface insights to drive margin improvement and investment prioritization.
• Support planning, headcount forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare clear variance commentary for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A on data integrity and close support.
• Assist with ad-hoc strategic analysis and scenarios.
