Job summary

Access is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP&A with advanced modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will build long-range models, drive KPI analysis, and translate complex data into decision-ready materials for senior leadership, sponsors, and lenders.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, PowerPoint presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Treasury, and business units. MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on financial modeling using three-statement models and DCF.
• Ability to audit and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience creating board-level presentations and executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models (long-range, annual budgets, forecasts).
• Develop scenario, sensitivity, and return analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare board and lender materials and translate results for senior leadership.
