Job summary

CesiumAstro’s Redondo Beach team is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling for the company and its subsidiary Jariet Technologies. You will build models, monitor variances, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial choices as the business scales.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and sales to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that support rapid growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of financial planning experience preferred.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts.
• Analyze variances between budgets and actuals and explain drivers.
• Collaborate with Cesium Astro Finance Team and respond to questions.
• Benchmark industry data and evaluate ROI for investments.
• Lead program budgets, EVMS, and internal/external reporting.
• Develop cost volumes, BOEs, and roll-ups for proposals.
• Prepare budgets/forecasts for departments and consolidate totals.
• Produce internal reports for executive decision-making.
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities and capital plans.
• Generate 3–5 year financial forecasts and dashboards.
