Job summary

Slide, a security-first BCDR company for MSPs, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will produce board-ready financials and partner with the CFO and executives to drive data-driven decisions.

This high-visibility role focuses on turning data into strategic insights, building models, and improving reporting processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Experience with presenting to executive/board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles with department leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models for long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare board-level financial reporting and presentations.
• Develop SaaS metrics and provide insights into growth and operating performance.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities with timely analyses for decision-making.
• Collaborate with CFO and leadership for workforce and compensation planning.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses for strategic projects.
