Job summary

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Arby’s U.S. Finance team by delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support that enables informed business decisions.

This role partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services teams to provide timely insights into business performance. This position plays a key role in the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit environments preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-visualization skills with ability to synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Own designated areas of Arby’s P&L including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reporting packages and management presentations.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Manage expense forecasting and reporting for G&A with leaders on spending trends.
• Support financial management of the Arby’s Franchise Association (AFA) including budgeting and analysis.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy of results and investigate variances.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and executive reviews; drive process improvements.
