Senior FP&A Analyst - remote opportunity

Description/Responsibilities

Tivity Health is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member of its Enterprise FP&A team supporting the financial and business planning activities of the enterprise through hands-on forecasting, budgeting, analysis, data management, and reporting.

The position reports to the Sr Director of FP&A and will be a key finance support for our business.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Work with executive leaders and other senior leaders to establish and develop budgets and monthly forecasts, including developing assumptions and coordinating planning activities.
• Maintain forecasts in the Adaptive Planning system and offline models.
• Review monthly results, compare actuals to budgets and forecasts, and prepare variance analysis.
• Assist in consolidating company-wide reporting.
• Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc financial reports using forecasting systems.
• Coordinate commission payments and reconciliation with market finance leaders.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to analyze trends and prepare journal entries.
• Work with Accounts Payable to approve invoices and assign correct GL codes.
• Assist with earnings call and board meeting reporting.
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc FP&A requests from leadership and department owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accrual/cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with process development and improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and disciplined.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI; experience with Oracle and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Experience in health-related industries is a plus but not required.

The salary range is $83,400 to $116,600, depending on qualifications and experience. Tivity Health offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
