Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel and quantitative/analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage monthly and quarterly expense forecasting, annual planning, and long-range projections.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports.
• Provide analytical support to business partners to uncover opportunities.
• Lead process improvements to enhance financial reporting and forecasting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc analyses.
