Ethos is seeking senior FP&A analysts with 3+ years in finance to build decks behind the numbers and deliver AI-ready presentations. This remote role offers $70/hour for 5-20 hours weekly, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews.
