Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field; MBA or MA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Previous real estate experience is required.
• Proficient at financial modeling; fluent with Excel, sensitivity analysis, and pivot tables.
• Ability to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Prefer familiarity with integrating AI tools into data analysis and modeling.
• Extremely attentive to details and high level of quality control.
• Utmost level of personal and professional integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, maintain and optimize detailed financial models (budget templates, variance analysis).
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning, investment decisions and operational improvements e.g. defeasance, land development, hold-sell.
• Create reporting materials, including quarterly reports, ensuring clarity and data accuracy.
• Track debt financing terms and performance across the portfolio.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to the organization’s objectives.
