Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly forecast reports for R&D and related functions.
• Meet monthly with functional heads to discuss deliverables and forecasts.
• Present monthly KPI metrics for opex, capex, and headcount.
• Lead monthly status meetings to monitor projects.
• Review significant contracts; verify timelines and CRO costs.
• Compile forecast of Major R&D program spends and compare plans.
• Lead the strategic plan and annual budget process with leadership.
• Assist Scientific Affairs with financial analysis of future projects.
