Job summary

Spacelabs Healthcare is hiring a Financial Analyst III in Snoqualmie, WA. You will provide FP&A leadership to the R&D organization, overseeing budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and long-range investments.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, accounting, and executive leadership to drive accountability and data‑driven decisions across a global healthcare technology portfolio. The role emphasizes actionable insights, robust analytics, and partnership with functional leaders to optimize spend

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, accounting, or finance.
• 5+ years’ experience in finance-related roles (FP&A, forecasting, or modeling).
• Strong data-driven decision support and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (MfgPro, Oracle, SAP); advanced Excel.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning for R&D.
• Develop detailed expense forecasts for labor, software, and prototypes.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reviews highlighting variances, trends, and risks.
• Deliver actionable insights beyond simple reporting.
• Develop executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor expenditures against approved funding levels.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Support GAAP-compliant monthly close and process improvements.
