Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our accounting/FP&A team in Pennsylvania. The role offers a hybrid work model for employees within a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh, Camp Hill, Buffalo NY, or Wilmington DE, with in-office days Tue/Wed/Thu.

Responsibilities include coordinating across departments, performing financial analyses and forecasts, and developing policies while leading special projects and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 7–10 years of related accounting/finance experience including project leadership.
• Experience with MS Excel and financial tools.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with management to provide project status and deadlines.
• Conduct financial and business analyses and forecasts.
