Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by company
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and analyses of financial reports, records and trends
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting
• Conduct financial analyses and document findings for management
• Provide variance explanations and recommendations on reserves, assets, and expenditures
• Lead financial analysis projects and prepare ad hoc reports for distribution
• Coordinate activities to ensure project progress and on-time completion
• Present analyses to management at various levels of the organization
