UPMC is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A to support Physician Services Finance leadership through high-impact financial planning, analysis, and decision support.

This role owns end-to-end analytical deliverables across planning cycles, performance management, and executive reporting, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that inform strategy and drive performance improvement.

Formación

• End-to-end FP&A planning, budgeting, forecasting
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication with senior leadership

Responsabilidades

• Compile, consolidate and review all budgets for accuracy.
• Develop revenue, volume, FTE, productivity, and scenario models.
• Produce executive-ready analyses and narratives translating financial data into insights.
• Lead FP&A activities including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
