Job summary

Det-Tronics seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for its FP&A team in Bloomington, MN. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate functions to drive forecast accuracy and business insight.

You will develop financial analyses, build business cases, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership, helping shape strategic initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field required.
• Progressive FP&A, corporate finance or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and modeling capabilities; BI tools experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual operating plan and long-range planning.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margins, expenses and working capital.
• Develop analyses and business cases for profitability and investments.
• Prepare executive presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Support ERP/ planning systems and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Eng., Sales and IT.
