Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company (HE&R) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting, data aggregation, and analytics across the organization. The role provides strategic insights, enforces internal controls, and builds data models and dashboards for non-financial partners.

You will lead tools development for FP&A, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to HE&R core values while supporting a dynamic hospitality portfolio including Hersheypark and related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Hospitality/Tourism experience.
Proven experience with advanced Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Create and distribute labor, cost of sales, and P&L reports with insights for operational and financial improvement.
Automate data presentation and improve management reporting with dashboards.
Develop standardized templates for financial analysis and support FP&A initiatives.
