Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead the end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and to manage the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will aggregate revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across network segments, and prepare executive-ready consolidated reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related field.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in health services or PBM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multi-team calendars.
• Proficient in Excel and consolidated financial modeling across data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication for executive-ready reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines across cycles.
• Collaborative with stakeholders across Network Finance and cross-functions.

Responsibilities

• Supports consolidation of the Network P&L by aggregating revenue, COGS, fees, and credits.
• Manages Finance calendar and coordinates monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances; escalates material issues.
• Handles ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
