Rewards Network seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join FP&A, partnering with Marketing and Partnerships to drive data-driven decisions. You will analyze offers, incentives, and go-to-market strategies to balance company goals with partner value, members, and restaurants, delivering strategic recommendations.

The role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong technical skills in finance and data analytics, and excellent communication to translate insights into executive actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting Sales, Partners, Marketing, or Strategic initiatives.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Accounting as the go-to financial advisor.
• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics for visibility and actionable insights.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations for leadership including strategic reviews and investments.
• Create and maintain automated, driver-based financial offer models.
• Own the offer economics and budgeting process to ensure profitability and value.
