Job summary

GTI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, operational performance, and profitability across our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, this role connects financial results with plant operations and provides actionable insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing finance, financial modeling, and data analysis experience, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, operations finance, or financial analysis with manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and forecasting.
• Experience building financial models and analyzing data.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to work with multi-system data and improve reporting processes.
• Strong communication and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across multiple manufacturing facilities focusing on revenue, margins, and costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts using manufacturing data.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership.
• Support capital investment analyses, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
