Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, profitability analysis, and operational performance across our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will analyze production costs, build robust financial models, and deliver actionable insights to plant leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, operations finance, or financial analysis with manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, financial statements, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience developing financial models and analyzing operational data.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and complex data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across multiple manufacturing facilities (revenue, margins, production costs).
• Evaluate cost drivers (materials, labor, overhead, scrap, rework, efficiency).
• Partner with plant finance and operations to investigate variances and trends.
• Assess project/product/customer profitability to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for plant and executive leadership.
• Support capital investment decisions with ROI analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Provide insights to support pricing decisions and business growth.
