GTI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance, and profitability across its manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, this role connects financial results with plant operations, analyzes production costs, and develops forecasts to guide leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing finance background, data analysis skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, operations finance, or financial analysis with manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, forecasting, and financial statements.
• Experience building financial models and analyzing data.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across multiple manufacturing facilities (revenue, margins, costs).
• Evaluate cost drivers: materials, labor, overhead, scrap, rework, production efficiency.
• Partner with plant finance and operations to investigate variances, trends, and improvements.
• Assess profitability of projects, products, and customers for strategic decisions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models using manufacturing data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for plant and executive leadership.
• Support capital investments with ROI analyses and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Collaborate with ops, supply chain, and engineering to improve financial visibility.
