The Judge Group is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Operations division in Arlington, Virginia. You'll partner with Manufacturing to analyze cost structures, provide variance analysis, and drive financial accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills. This role offers generous bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or manufacturing finance.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers across materials, labor, and logistics.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to ~10%).

Responsibilities

• Analyze product cost structure and identify cost drivers impacting profitability.
• Own monthly manufacturing variance analysis.
• Support cost optimization initiatives including plant efficiency.
