Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Florida is seeking a senior financial planning and analysis professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for our luxury maritime brand. You will design dashboards, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

This hybrid role requires a Master's in Finance/Accounting, 4+ years in FP&A or revenue reporting, and strong BI skills (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• English fluency required.
• 4+ years of relevant FP&A, revenue reporting, BI experience; travel/hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, D365, Seaware, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, able to work through ambiguity and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for exec use.
• Analyze performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create data models for reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on data pipelines and datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality for reporting.
• Develop enterprise KPI definitions and reporting standards.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for finance leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analytics.
• Maintain commission and incentive reporting models.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve BI.
• Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Operations and IT.
• Contribute to AI and data innovation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
