Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and capital planning is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage capital forecast and monthly variance analysis for the Silversea Brand.
• Support business case development for long-term projects.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, revenue teams, and marketing on investments.
• Develop quarterly reporting for the five-year capital plan.
• Ensure SOX controls and capital project governance compliance.
• Create compelling PowerPoint and Power BI visuals for leadership.
• Improve financial modeling processes for efficiency.
