The position is in-office at the Denver corporate office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, finance, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, build financial models, and perform complex analysis.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to investigate financial trends and performance drivers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present financial information to partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring labor and operating expense reporting packages and dashboards that provide visibility into labor performance, productivity, staffing trends, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze store-level, market-level, and enterprise labor performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Operations leadership.
• Investigate labor variances and root causes related to staffing levels, wage trends, overtime, and operational execution.
• Investigate operating expense variances and root causes related to execution and vendor management.
• Prepare monthly reporting and executive level presentations that summarize labor performance, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Own budgeting and forecasting components; develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to develop, challenge, and refine planning assumptions.
• Analyze actual performance against forecasts and identify emerging trends; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Support field execution with financial insights and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist automation and process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of FP&A activities.
