Sony Electronics Inc. in San Diego seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Planning & Control team, overseeing financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights, strengthen processes, and support strategic decisions in BRAVIA North America's Consumer and Professional segments. The role requires 3-5 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate planning.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Support forecasting and budgeting activities, including financial reporting, consolidation, and management presentations.
• Prepare and consolidate financial and KPI reporting for senior management and HQ.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and reporting needs.
• Analyze financial results, entries, and reconciliations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage planning and reporting for commission expenses across Consumer and Professional groups; align with BU expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Planning and Sales Ops to manage MDF and customer accruals; resolve variances and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting methodologies, controls, and overall efficiency.
• Provide backup support for FP&A activities as needed.
