Job summary

TRAC, based in Princeton, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A reporting and monthly close activities in a hybrid schedule. The role emphasizes building and maintaining financial models, analyzing revenue/expense trends, and delivering leadership dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with OneStream or similar CPM systems, supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or financial certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years analytical or related business experience.
• Proficiency in OneStream or other corporate performance management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong knowledge of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly reporting and analysis of financial data.
• Maintain financial models and calculations for income statements and reports.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute weekly variance analysis and dashboards.
• Collaborate with TRAC teams to gather revenue and expense assumptions.
• Support monthly close process and data loads in OneStream.
• Lead monthly close reporting for leadership and segment profitability.
