Job summary

ALG Senior in Hickory, NC, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role uses analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver timely, accurate information for a portfolio of communities and investments, supporting the budgeting process and monthly reviews.

You will build and maintain reports, train administrators on budget software, analyze income statements and capital projects, and provide decision support through ROI analysis and trend evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of finance/healthcare experience.
• Experience with budgeting software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with owners, operators, investors and analysts to monitor financial operations.
• Prepare facility income statements, capital stacks, and budgets for leadership.
• Review covenant compliance and financial reports for decision support.
• Assist annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Identify trends and recommend cost savings or profitability improvements.
