• Prepare materials for financial, service and program review meetings and provide decision support to operations teams.
• Develop and publish financial and non-financial metrics, highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and analyze revenue, expense and statistical reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Develop and implement budgets/financials for each business segment/service line.
• Lead budget and forecast cycles with department managers and finance teams.
• Support monthly close, reporting, and analysis, and assist with audits as needed.
