Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and large datasets.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with key drivers.
Prepare executive-ready variance analyses and management commentary.
Lead quarterly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning.
Develop robust financial models for profitability and ROI.
Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Support strategic initiatives and cost optimization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
