Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Cleveland. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on advanced financial modeling, robust data analysis, and strategic insights to influence leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of FP&A experience, expert Excel skills, and a track record of building scalable processes and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel expertise (SME level) - modeling, data manipulation, complex formulas.
