Job summary

Zoom’s Corporate FP&A team is seeking a seasoned professional to drive planning, forecasting, and analysis for revenue, billings, and cash flow across the organization. You will partner with Accounting and business units to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and growth.

The role requires advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
• Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bring FP&A experience from the software or technology industry
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Supporting the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
• Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets
• Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation
