Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support government-funded and private foundation projects in New York. You will develop grant budgets, analyze performance, and build dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with Payroll, Grants, Accounting, IT, and Billing Ops while improving reporting processes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Vena Solutions and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience with Vena Solutions and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop grant-level budgets ensuring compliance with fiscal policies and effective utilization of funds.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Create and deliver actionable financial reports and dashboards using Vena Solutions and other tools.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and data collection processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements within financial reporting and planning cycles.
• Provide technical and analytical support to the Billing Operations team.
• Manage high-impact special projects and prioritize critical tasks effectively.
