Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. partners with an oil & gas services company in Houston to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role will own consolidated and BU P&L across regions, reporting to the Director of FP&A with visibility and upward mobility.

You will build and maintain financial models, support budgeting/forecasting, and present dashboards to senior leadership. Requires 3–5 years FP&A, a related degree, and manufacturing/M&A experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience, with corporate FP&A experience required
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or M&A heavily preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills; Oracle Smartview and Hyperion experience helpful
• Executive-level presence and communication across regions, languages, and cultures

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
