Allison Transmission is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the company’s income statement across two business segments. You will validate submissions, prepare P&L packages, and provide variance analyses for senior leadership.

You will support global forecasting and budgeting, develop consolidation models, and partner with segment finance teams to drive data accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consolidation within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of income statement structure, consolidation concepts, and multi‑segment reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with consolidation/reporting tools (HFM, OneStream, SAP BPC).
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data and provide clear insights; strong communication and collaboration.

• Validate segment submissions for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Prepare consolidated P&L reporting packages, variance analyses, and commentary for senior finance leadership.
• Support global forecast and budget cycles by coordinating inputs and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and maintain consolidation models and standardized reporting templates.
• Partner with segment finance teams to understand drivers of performance and resolve data issues.
• Assist in preparing materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements related to consolidation and reporting.
