Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a Senior Financial Consolidation Analyst to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across two business segments in alignment with corporate policies. You will prepare P&L packages, perform variance analyses, and support the global forecast and budget cycles.

The role requires advanced Excel and financial modeling, consolidation expertise, and strong collaboration with segment finance teams to drive accurate reporting and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consolidation within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of income statement structure, consolidation concepts, and multi-segment reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with enterprise consolidation/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the company’s income statement across two segments.
• Prepare consolidated P&L reporting packages, variance analyses, and leadership commentary.
• Support global forecast and budget cycles by coordinating inputs and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and maintain consolidation models and standardized reporting templates.
• Partner with segment finance teams to understand drivers of performance and resolve data issues.
• Assist in executive materials, board meetings, and external stakeholder communications.
• Drive system enhancements and process improvements related to consolidation and reporting.
