Job summary

VaynerX in New York City seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Global FP&A team. You will manage monthly P&L forecasts, support the budgeting process, analyze variances, and deliver reports to guide management decisions.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Finance, Accounting, and OH departments, plus BI reporting and cost trend analyses. Hybrid office presence in NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in finance/accounting, FP&A exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with NSPB, Tableau and data warehousing tools.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI reporting beneficial.
• Experience with AI and automation in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasting across 10+ business units with consolidation.
• Assess assumptions, risks and opportunities throughout cycles.
• Create monthly revenue flash and analyze variances to inform CFO.
• Support annual budgeting and consolidate analyses for leadership.
• Manage overhead allocation to business units with defined methods.
• Participate in BI projects and report vendor spend, costs, trends.
• Monitor benefits burden vs budget and support finance ops.
• Prepare presentations for finance leadership and next steps.
