Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner with departments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Persuasion and problem-solving skills to support forecasting needs.
• Experience navigating matrix environments and meeting tight deadlines.

• Build annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with KPIs to understand drivers and variances.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate deviations from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance for senior leaders.

• Create materials for executive discussions and reviews.
