Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, supporting enterprise-level financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the business. The role focuses on integrating financial data across commercial, operational, and accounting views and will expose you to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s/CFA/CPA a plus.
8+ years FP&A, cost or accounting experience preferred (or 6+ with Master’s).
Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (BI tools, Workday, Tableau). SAP preferred.
Knowledge of cash flow, quotes, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Support consolidated financial analysis and global cash flow planning.
Assist with quotation-related financial analysis and forecasts.
Partner with Production to develop and maintain financial reporting.
Develop dynamic reporting structures for actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Contribute to cost and component analyses for business decisions.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management.
