Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience, or 6+ years with Master's degree; FP&A/cost management background preferred.
Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (BI, Workday, Tableau). SAP experience a plus.
Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and quotation concepts.
Industry tech knowledge related to SMC products.
Accounting and cost background preferred.

Responsibilities

Support FP&A leadership with consolidated financial analysis and global cash flow forecasting.
Assist with quotation‑related financial analysis aligned with actuals and forecasts.
Partner with Production and other teams to develop and maintain reporting.
Develop dynamic reporting structures covering actuals, forecasts, and variance.
Contribute to cost‑ and component‑level analyses for business decisions.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
Apply data management skills to collect and interpret financial information.
Manage multiple workstreams and adapt priorities as needed.
