This role sits at the center of commercial decision-making, supporting how we assess opportunities, structure deals, and understand margin across domestic and international markets.

Starting compensation ranges between $89,000 and $101,000 with a 10% annual target bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and BI proficiency; working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools.
• Ability to build models, reports and presentations communicating complex data clearly.
• Experience coordinating budgeting or forecasting processes.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings.

Aufgaben

• Build and deliver financial insights shaping commercial strategy across markets.
• Partner with Business Development to analyze opportunities and profitability.
• Develop financial models to assess contract performance and guide negotiations.
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards for reliable, accessible data.
• Prepare financial performance packages for senior leaders.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning with coordinated inputs.
• Conduct competitive/economic analysis of dairy markets and pricing.
• Lead creation of standard reports and train others on use.
• Participate in month-end close and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and R&D to optimize margins.
