Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to partner with finance teams, oversee monthly and annual financial analysis, and support companywide planning. The role focuses on forecasting, variance explanations, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will develop ad-hoc analyses, build templates, and contribute to strategic planning while coordinating cross-functional efforts across business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related subject.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate to senior management and diverse teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Collaborative style with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Sound judgment and quick learning in new situations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates, analyzes and reports monthly, quarterly and annual financial results with KPI comparisons.
• Performs variance analyses and identifies risks and opportunities.
• Supports region and Total Company forecast processes with ad hoc reporting.
• Builds and maintains company-wide templates and reports for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Assists in preparing financial presentations for senior leadership meetings.
• Supports the annual strategic planning process.
