Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A or related finance functions; 3+ years in finance, accounting, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Power Query, Prologue, Axiom.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; partner with department leaders to develop and maintain financial assumptions and performance targets.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems using BI and analytics tools for reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting to improve visibility into performance.
• Perform variance, profitability, and trend analyses; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Build forecasting, planning, and scenario models to evaluate strategic initiatives and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand operational drivers and provide data-driven insights that improve financial and operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and financial packages with clear strategic recommendations.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of financial reporting and analytical processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses and management requests with timely, accurate financial analysis.
