• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; develop and maintain financial assumptions and performance targets.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems using BI tools for financial reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting to improve visibility into performance.
• Perform variance and profitability analysis; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Build forecasting, planning, and scenario models to evaluate initiatives and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand operational drivers and support business cases with data-driven insights.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations communicating results and recommendations.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects with timely financial analysis.
