Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to provide analytical support to operating group leadership. You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to drive planning and performance insights.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and initiative to identify process improvements across finance and IT systems. A qualified candidate will have CPA/CFP credentials and graduate-level education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years FP&A experience; specifically in a FP&A role.
• Graduate degree or professional certification.
• CPA or CFP Board certification.
• Strong understanding of financial computer systems and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical support to operating group leadership and acts as a liaison between departments.
• Analyzes and interprets financial results; communicates insights to management.
• Designs and prepares ad hoc and standard management reporting.
• Leads forecasting and budgeting processes and builds financial models.
• Partners with IT to maintain the integrity of financial systems.
