Job summary

This position offers on-site work with occasional remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytically driven roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience presenting to leadership and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range plans.
• Partner with department leaders for budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for decisions.
• Support workforce planning, reporting, and KPIs.
• Assist exec and board reporting; drive process improvements.
