Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC (SCT) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Reporting & Analytics) to lead monthly management reporting, board-ready deliverables, and adjusted EBITDA analysis in a fast-growing, private-equity-backed healthcare services environment.

You will partner with Accounting, Operations, and Revenue Cycle to translate performance drivers, support forecasting, and drive automation of the monthly close and reporting packages using QuickBooks Online and LiveFlow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, reporting, analytics, or blended accounting/analysis role.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and comfort with reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and validation of financial results across entities.
• Prepare monthly leadership and board-level reporting packages, including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Support lender and private equity reporting, including covenant schedules and compliance certificates.
• Prepare monthly adjusted EBITDA calculations and supporting add-back schedules.
• Reconcile adjusted EBITDA to GAAP results and maintain consistent documentation.
• Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast and variance analysis.
• Improve reporting efficiency through standardized templates, automation, and documentation.
