You will forecast, budget, and build long-term financial models to guide strategy and day-to-day decisions, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights across partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical discipline.
• Experience in financial services finance, business management, planning and analysis, accounting, controllership, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather, mine, and manipulate data sets for analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Experience creating ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned to objectives.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials supporting month-end close and performance routines.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to guide data-informed decisions.
• Execute financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate opportunities and trade-offs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess initiatives using market and performance inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analysis, and operating routines.
• Maintain strong financial controls and support compliance with risk and audit functions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business, finance, and planning teams.
